Refund Policies


We believe in helping our customers as far as possible and therefore have a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:


  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been readied for dispatch or have been dispatched.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non-durable items like mobile phones,led etc. please report the same to our Customer Service team and mention in courier partner  remark list about the damage for refund after that the refund is possible otherwise no damage is accepted if it is not mention in the courier partner remark book for refund. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same. This should be reported within 12 hours of receipt of the products to our customer  care.
  • Refunds and returns will only be processed if the product received has a functional issue, refunds will not be processed on the basis of personal preference. Please read all the condition of the product before purchasing. To claim a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service team.  All replacements and refunds will be initiated only after the product has reached the company and verified.




  • Damaged/faulty products must be reported within 12 hours from the delivery date accompanied with clicked images of the defective product.
  • The 3-days return policy has now been extended to 5-days. In case of device’s functional issue or other issues for that matter (besides personal preferences), it can be returned within a period of 5 days.
  • All defective items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with the accompanying accessories and packaging intact.
